ENTERPRISE TRACK · OFFERING 02
SLVY Leadership Collective
You've entrusted your people by promoting them. Now they need the skills, the mindset, and the practice to lead in a way that is fit for your organization.

WHAT IT IS
A five-week cohort brought inside your organization. Your emerging leaders move through the program together, building skills in real time and applying them directly to your organization's goals. The program culminates in an in-person immersion day where each participant presents a plan of action for their team.
Your new leaders already have what it takes. The Collective gives them the conditions to unlock it — through skill development, real practice, and a clear understanding of the responsibility they now hold.
This isn't about teaching people to manage. It's about developing leaders who understand that leadership is shared power and shared responsibility — and know how to bring their teams with them.
HOW IT WORKS — 5 WEEKS
WEEK 1
Foundations of Work
Shifting participants' relationship to their work and their team — what work actually is, and what it asks of a leader.
WEEK 2
The Archetypes
Understanding leadership styles and identifying your own — so you can lead from who you are, not who you think you should be.
WEEK 3
Vision
Mapping your leadership intentionally toward where you want to go — connecting your direction to a clear purpose.
WEEK 4
Agility
Practicing fluidity and decision-making through uncertainty — building the muscle for the moments that don't have a playbook.
WEEK 5
Immersion
An in-person workshop where you will practice these teachings in real time and present your plan of action to the Foundry cohort — committing to executing it at your organization.
WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH
A group of leaders with a developed set of skills — the candor to surface new ideas, hold each other to a shared vision, and course-correct together without escalating everything upward.
A plan of action in place and practiced for 40 days, creating real change inside your organization with your full visibility and consent.
Leaders who spend less time managing and more time coaching — meaning your organization starts to run with more autonomy, more momentum, and less dependency on you to hold it all together.
1% better every day.
Investing in your most valuable asset, your people.
Bring the Leadership Collective to your organization.
