WHAT IT IS
The Foundry
A five-week cohort for emerging leaders who are ready to close the gap between the title they've earned and the leader they're becoming.
You'll develop the skills, practice them in real time, and leave with something tangible — a fully built plan of action you'll present to your Foundry Cohort and execute in your organization.
This isn't a course. It's the beginning of your leadership practice.
HOW IT WORKS
WEEK 1
Foundations of Work
Shifting your relationship to your work and your team — what work actually is, and what leadership asks of you.
WEEK 2
The Archetypes
Understanding leadership styles and identifying your own — so you can lead from who you are, not who you think you should be.
WEEK 3
Vision
Mapping your leadership intentionally toward where you want to go — connecting your direction to a clear purpose.
WEEK 4
Agility
Practicing fluidity and decision-making through uncertainty — building the muscle for the moments that don't have a playbook.
WEEK 5
Immersion
An in-person workshop where you will practice these teachings in real time and present your plan of action to the Foundry cohort — committing to executing it at your organization.
WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH
Progress you can see and measure.
A clear sense of who you are as a leader — built through visioning exercises, mock feedback sessions, emotional regulation strategies, and real practice with a cohort who's in it with you.
A plan of action you built yourself. It might look like creating a real review process for your team for the first time, overhauling your weekly meetings to drive actual outcomes, or making one strategic change that shifts how your team operates. Whatever it is — it has a strategy, a timeline, and deadlines. Not an idea. A plan, and the team to hold you accountable long after the Foundry cohort wraps.
