BACKGROUND
Most consultants arrive with a framework and leave with a report. Mel works differently.
Mel built SLVY around a simple observation from her work in organizational consulting, qualitative research, and leadership development: the levers that move a business or organization are rarely the obvious ones. They live in the unseen systems, the unspoken structures, the environments people inhabit every day — and in the people themselves, who almost always have more capability than the conditions around them have allowed to surface.
SLVY is the synthesis of everything Mel brings to that work — deep listening, strategic thinking, spatial intelligence, and a designer’s instinct for finding the solution hiding inside the constraints that already exist.
